A Dying Swan_value study

This piece is called, "A Dying Swan" and was inspired by these words:"The dying swan song forever lost its cries of innocence. The rain is falling down like silence in a shroud." I wanted to do a piece that symbolized something good becoming tainted by bad. The swan (which characterizes purity and innocence) has been killed. The girl's innocence has been tainted or killed in some way through sin or someone else has taken the goodness from her (like abuse or whatnot). She feels like an empty shell. This is the value painting and composition layout. I'm ready for the final illustation. Check back it will be up soon!
